The PC Gamer Weekender isn’t just about the big boys of PC gaming – no, we recognise the PC has such a vast and diverse ecosystem of gaming delights, it would be foolish to ignore the indie titles we have so many of. As such, we’re delighted to confirm the following three titles will be available to go hands-on with throughout the Weekender.
First, . The name sort of gives it away, but you aren’t a whiter-than-white good guy in this 4x strategy title, instead taking on the task of running a thieves’ guild. It has towns like ‘Salty Nonce’ in it, so we’re already slightly in love with the game – and you can be too after playing it during the event.
Next up, . A simple concept, executed with style and the kind of breathless action that gets you all a-panic, Let Them Come tasks you – the last survivor – with mowing down hordes of enemies as you make your glorious last stand. Gorgeous and more tactical than it might first seem, this is a great one to try out at the Weekender.
Third and lastly in our list of… well, three, is . This top-down shooter dips its toe firmly into ‘unique’ territory by having every map completely covered in darkness, and every player sharing the same view of the screen. You can sneak up on opponents, but as soon as you shoot, you’re revealed. It’s a clever design and is sure to be well-received through the weekend.
All these games and many more will be available to play at the PC Gamer Weekender, which is being held February 18-19 at the Olympia, London, in the UK. For more details see , and follow us for up-to-the-minute news.
